WHERE WE STARTED
Sugar Daddy Paleo started in 2025 over dinner at Lauren and Charlie’s home in Rhode Island. After polishing off a pot of rigatoni bolognese, Lauren brought out her signature paleo chocolate chip cookies. Dave took a bite and said, “You could sell these.” Lauren laughed. Dave didn’t.
And just like that, Sugar Daddy Paleo was born.
Dave started baking from his kitchen in Long Beach, and Lauren kept baking from hers in Rhode Island. What began as a craving for something sweet to end a delicious meal with friends turned into a mission: to combine clean ingredients with ridiculous flavor to prove that clean treats can still bring the joy.
